Cancellation of Assessments

We understand that assessments sometimes have to be cancelled.  Where we can we try to offer cancellation slots to those on our waiting list who require an urgent appointment. Late cancellations do incur considerable costs to the Centre.  We therefore ask families to inform us as soon as they can if they either no longer need their appointment or if they cannot attend for any reason.
